Job Overview

POSITION TYPE: Model Technician

LOCATION: 10 minutes north of Baltimore, MD

Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour

Role Objectives

The primary responsibilities include preparing impressions, pouring models, separating models, and creating contacts using PTC methodologies while adhering to company quality standards.

Ensure that all incoming and outgoing work meets quality benchmarks and client specifications.

Enhance quality outcomes through ongoing education and the implementation of beneficial changes as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve daily production targets utilizing various pouring techniques.
  2. Produce all PTC designs following established PTC methods.
  3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of productivity and product quality.
  4. Act as a vital team member, collaborating with colleagues and communicating any issues or defects directly to the Operations Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.

Demonstrated experience in a similar role is essential.

Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

OSHA training will be mandatory.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with PTC methods is advantageous.

Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office products, is preferred.
