We're looking for a data-driven HR specialist to join our team at Alteryx. As a People Insights Partner, you'll be responsible for analyzing people data within the employee lifecycle to provide actionable insights to our stakeholders. You'll work closely with our People and Culture Team to understand their business challenges, develop data requirements, conduct in-depth analysis, and build a solid foundation of reporting.

Our ideal candidate has a passion for People Analytics and a zeal for combining business acumen with analytical mind to understand and improve the lives of our employees. You'll have experience extracting and synthesizing data from diverse sources, developing reports and visualizations for presentations, and working with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven solutions.

As a Workforce Analytics Expert, you'll be responsible for extracting data from various systems related to Human Resources, primarily using Workday. You'll use Alteryx and Excel to identify, combine, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in often messy and noisy data sets. You'll also create custom reports and interactive dashboards using data visualization tools to demonstrate findings and results.

You'll have a strong work ethic and the desire to optimize processes and systems to drive growth and efficiency for best practices. As a Talent Insights Consultant, you'll have a broad foundation in advanced HR/People and Culture disciplines and in-depth knowledge of HR/People and Culture programs. You'll have functioned at the center of all HR/people data activities involving Talent, Benefits, and Compensation. You'll partner effectively with IT, Payroll, DEI, and Finance partners to drive data-driven solutions.

We're committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $126,700. In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
