Key Responsibilities- Originate and process mortgage loans, ensuring timely and accurate completion of loan applications
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, processing, and closing, to ensure seamless loan processing
- Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and be active with the NMLS
- Previous experience in the mortgage field, finance, banking, or other related fields
- Excellent computer skills and efficiency
- Familiarity with financial and lending practices
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to grow, take on new tasks, overcome objections
- Excellent time management skills are a must
