Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Land Development Project Manager to oversee various aspects of land development projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for securing timely planning and engineering approvals, managing land development and planning approval schedules, leading a team of consultants, and participating in acquisitions and due diligence processes.
Key Responsibilities- Secure timely planning and engineering approvals
- Manage land development and planning approval schedules
- Lead a team of consultants to ensure timely project completion
- Participate in acquisitions and due diligence processes
- Procure necessary construction and engineering services
- EIT or PE License
- Previous experience in project management, preferably in a similar role
- Solid understanding of land development processes and related disciplines
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in reading various types of maps and engineering plans
- Experience in the homebuilding and land development industry
