Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Land Development Project Manager to oversee various aspects of land development projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for securing timely planning and engineering approvals, managing land development and planning approval schedules, leading a team of consultants, and participating in acquisitions and due diligence processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure timely planning and engineering approvals
  • Manage land development and planning approval schedules
  • Lead a team of consultants to ensure timely project completion
  • Participate in acquisitions and due diligence processes
  • Procure necessary construction and engineering services
Requirements
  • EIT or PE License
  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of land development processes and related disciplines
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in reading various types of maps and engineering plans
  • Experience in the homebuilding and land development industry
