Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at RPh on the Go. This role requires a minimum of 1+ years of pharmacy experience and a valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist license.

Position Details

This position is a contract role in a mail order long-term care pharmacy setting. The schedule will consist of Monday to Friday shifts, alternating between morning and early afternoon starts, with rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the dispensing of medications, ensuring precision in the fulfillment of prescriptions for residents in long-term care facilities.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to enhance medication therapy plans, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company protocols while delivering outstanding pharmaceutical care to residents.
Qualifications
  • Proven pharmacy experience.
  • Familiarity with Framework/Docutrack systems.
  • Experience in long-term care pharmacy is advantageous.
  • Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Illinois.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including data entry, logistics, and production personnel.
