Leadership Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A Charlotte Pike - Nashville. This role is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Strategies: Create and execute plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction across all areas of the restaurant.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, training, and support to front-of-house staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain Vision Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with company vision and values.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant operations or management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
