Drop Count Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Handling Team Lead to join our finance team at Route 66 Casino Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing cash handling activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and leading a team of cash handlers.
Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:- Cash Handling Oversight: Supervise and monitor cash handling activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of cash handlers, providing training, guidance, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Two years of experience in cash handling or a related field, with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
