Destinationone Consulting is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare recruitment team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications by providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Dispense prescription medications and provide accurate information to patients regarding their use, potential side effects, and interactions.
- Conduct medication reviews and patient assessments to identify and resolve medication-related issues.
- Provide guidance to healthcare providers on medication selection, dosage, and administration.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to medication therapy.
- Stay informed about new medications, treatment protocols, and pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- License as a pharmacist in the relevant province or state.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.
