We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to pediatric patients in their own homes in Palmetto, FL.
About the RoleAs a LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, utilizing your clinical skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders, assessing signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, and collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and information from healthcare members and documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
