Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse) - Homecare - Palmetto

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in Palmetto, FL. As a homecare RN, you will work 12-hour shifts, utilizing your expertise to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as needed
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying areas for healthcare teaching and education
  • Document patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state of Florida
  • Current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred
