Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Cable One. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our residential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers: Provide warm and welcoming interactions, whether in person or over the phone.
  • Solve problems: Tackle customer issues, provide accurate billing information, and resolve standard problems.
  • Drive revenue: Promote our products and services to secure new and incremental revenue.
  • Educate and assist: Guide customers on using our products and services, and help them navigate our offerings.
  • Follow-up: Ensure every issue is resolved to our customers' satisfaction and continuously improve our service.
Requirements:
  • Education and experience: High school diploma or GED, and a few months in customer service. We value your willingness to learn.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication, solid data entry, and computer skills. Comfortable with office equipment and handling money?
  • Knowledge: Eager to learn about our products and stay up-to-date with what we offer.
