We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our environmental services team, you will be responsible for performing housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing and disposing of trash.

• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing and disposing of trash.
• Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions and follow safety precautions when mixing and using cleaning solutions.
• Report equipment and cleaning product needs and malfunctions to supervisor in a timely fashion.
• Ensure established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures to ensure a sanitary environment is achieved at all times.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Perform routine, repetitive tasks daily without supervision and without injury to oneself or others.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
