Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for electrical systems and security systems
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, security systems, and related equipment
  • Interpret schematics and blueprints to perform installations and repairs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Perform skilled repair and maintenance operations using tools of the trade
  • Implement solutions for system installations, upgrades, repairs, and customer change orders
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in the field of installation and maintenance of electrical systems and security systems
  • BS degree (or Military Equivalent) in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of IP schemes and programming
  • OSHA Certification 10/30-hour course
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
  • Ability to stand long hours, lift 40 pounds, and work in an industrial environment
  • A valid driver's license and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of software such as Software House, Avigilon, Bosch, Lenel S2, Crestron, Axis, QSC, and Cisco
