Role Responsibilities

As an Activities Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and coordinating themed activity and special event programs.
  • Assisting with the setup and teardown of special events.
  • Overseeing team members within the Activities/Kids Club department.
  • Conducting interviews, hiring, and training new staff; delegating tasks and managing performance; recognizing achievements and addressing issues.
  • Maintaining and organizing departmental records.
  • Organizing events for owners, guests, and staff.
  • Creating a positive environment that fosters team morale and collaboration.
  • Acquiring necessary supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Managing inventory and distribution of logo merchandise and sports equipment.
  • Preparing daily and monthly reports for merchandise and marketing materials in line with company accounting standards.
  • Coordinating vendor payments and reports.
  • Participating in management meetings and orientation sessions for new team members.
  • Designing and maintaining event decorations.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in planning activities for both adults and children.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license for operating company golf carts.

  • Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
