Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team at The Salvation Army - ARC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting donations to our warehouse and ensuring the safe operation of our vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily walk-around inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Plan and execute daily routes to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of deliveries, including manifests and trip logs.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent The Salvation Army in a professional manner.
- Assist Thrift Store personnel with unloading and placing donations in the store.
- Supervise and instruct Truck Helpers as needed.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record.
- Ability to lift 100 pounds and read maps.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to use iPad with GPS and texting.
