- Provide ongoing care for specialty patients who are hospitalized overnight and on weekends.
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical records.
- Ensure clear and comprehensive communication with clients and support staff.
- Engage with referral partners through verbal communication and referral letters.
- Participate in morning rounds to collaborate with specialists on currently hospitalized patients.
- Promote a positive and supportive workplace culture.
