  • Triage and develop treatment plans for emergency patients.
  • Provide ongoing care for specialty patients who are hospitalized overnight and on weekends.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate medical records.
  • Ensure clear and comprehensive communication with clients and support staff.
  • Engage with referral partners through verbal communication and referral letters.
  • Participate in morning rounds to collaborate with specialists on currently hospitalized patients.
  • Promote a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Support the hospital's commitment to a Fear-Free environment.
