Baptist Memorial Healthcare Corporation is seeking a skilled and dedicated Coordinator-Customer Service to join our team at our Jonesboro and Northeast Arkansas metro area location. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and promoting a culture of safety and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care under the direction of licensed personnel and physicians.
  • Maintain accurate and timely billing information and process appointments efficiently.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for clinic and front office operations.
  • Provide leadership and coordination to ensure seamless interactions and experiences for patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in oncology or clinical office work is required for this position. A preferred candidate will possess an Associate's Degree and knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Benefits:

Our benefits package includes a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
