Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Dispatcher to facilitate effective communication between our service technicians and customers. This full-time role is essential for ensuring that our clients receive timely and efficient service. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily scheduling to optimize technician assignments based on skill sets and availability.
- Assess customer needs and ensure that service requests are handled promptly.

- Conduct follow-up calls with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.

While prior dispatch experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates with backgrounds in HVAC or plumbing are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential for success in this role.
Work Schedule
This position typically involves a full-time schedule, with the flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation during peak seasons.
