Requirements:
  • 4+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, with a focus on team leadership and development
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, with occasional travel to attend meetings and trainings
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Understanding of retail systems and processes
