Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
  • Develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
  • Maintain a reliable and consistent schedule with clients.
  • Deliver direct services to clients as required.
  • Offer continuous support to families and clinical team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards in program implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow BCBA professionals.
  • Report directly to the Assistant Clinical Director.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or a related discipline.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in delivering ABA services.
  • Proven experience and skills in leading teams.
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs independently.
  • Capability to engage with clients, including bending, twisting, and moving swiftly.
  • Completion of TB tests, background checks, and clearance, along with infant/child CPR and First Aid certification is mandatory.
