Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team at Eddins Counseling Group. As a Counselor, you will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups to address mental health issues.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions to address clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral issues.
  2. Utilize various therapeutic approaches and techniques tailored to clients' needs and goals.
  3. Help clients develop coping strategies, insight, and skills to manage their challenges and improve their well-being.
  4. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure or certification as a therapist or counselor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Cultural competency and sensitivity to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Salary and Benefits

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Ongoing training, CEUs, and regular case consultation groups.
