Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Create a welcoming experience for our guests, engage with them in a genuine way, and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Merchandise Management: Be an expert and dedicated owner of select General Merchandise areas, ensuring sales floor is zoned, in stock, and accurately signed.
  • Inventory Management: Process all inbound deliveries, complete backroom fills, and maintain backroom and fixture room organization.
  • Operational Efficiency: Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional guest service.
