About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to join our team at Team Mechanical of Texas. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their specific needs, and recommending the right HVAC solutions.


Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales-related marketing in the HVACR or building service fields. They will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to sell to a wide range of customers, from residential to commercial and industrial.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify potential clients and understand their specific needs.
  2. Recommend the right HVAC solutions to meet client needs.
  3. Secure orders and renewals from existing customers through on-site calls, telephone contacts, and tailored letters.
  4. Maintain a working relationship with service, installation, and IAQ Departments to ensure familiarity with services and products offered.
