Factory Line Worker

We are seeking a skilled Production Line Worker to join our Wise Staffing Group team in Sevierville, TN. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to manufacturing and preparing products for packaging.

• Operate machinery and equipment as part of the production process.
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
• Package finished products according to specifications and prepare them for shipping.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist in inventory counts as needed.
• FOLLOW safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with other production team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts on Monday to Thursday.
