Job Summary

We are seeking an assembly line worker to join our production team at Wise Staffing Group. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment, monitoring product quality, and packaging finished products for shipping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly Line Operations: Operate machinery and equipment as part of the production process, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues to supervisors, maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Package finished products according to specifications and prepare them for shipping, adhering to packaging guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist in inventory counts as needed, ensuring stock accuracy.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
  • Operational Skills: Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively, with a strong focus on efficiency.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and commitment to quality, ensuring that all products meet high standards.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other production team members.
