About the Role:

At Pureflow, we deliver high-quality water solutions for essential water systems. Our clientele includes pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturers, as well as industrial power and electronics sectors. We seek skilled technicians who can effectively maintain and troubleshoot intricate mechanical systems utilized in the purification of ultra-pure water for vital applications. Ideal candidates typically have experience in servicing integrated systems such as HVAC, automotive, or other automated electro-mechanical equipment. We offer extensive training to help you apply your existing knowledge to advanced water purification technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field maintenance on high-purity water systems
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to enhance system efficiency and chemical purity
  • Assist the Installation Department with the commissioning and startup of new water systems
  • Document all work, parts, and time in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with service management and engineering teams to identify and resolve system issues
  • Engage with customers to ensure effective management and maintenance of their water systems
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients
  • Communicate service contract matters with the Technical Service Center Manager
  • Adhere to safe work practices in all environments
  • Maintain organized and clean workspaces, including vehicles and job sites
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in equipment service operations, preferably in customer-facing roles
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills with some industrial experience
  • Ability to comprehend instrumentation and control systems
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects under pressure
  • Proficient in computer applications (Internet Explorer, Word, Excel)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
