Job Overview

The Server Assistant's primary responsibility is to support bartenders, servers, chefs, and hosts by ensuring cleanliness and providing essential assistance to deliver prompt and friendly service to our patrons, functioning as a busser or food runner.

A busser's foremost duty is to set and clear tables while upholding a high standard of cleanliness in the dining area.

Bussers and food runners collaborate as a team and share tips. The main task of a food runner is to swiftly and accurately deliver meals from the kitchen to the guests. Bussers are expected to assist in food running, and food runners are encouraged to help clear tables.
