Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at Arcadia Resources, Inc. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide routine house cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry services.
  • Transport clients to doctor's appointments, grocery stores, and other essential errands.
  • Assist clients with medication administration and observe any changes in their condition.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Satisfactory completion of Agency qualifying exam.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • 6 months of recent experience or 2 years part-time experience within the last 3 years as a PCA/HCA/CNA or equivalent.
  • CPR/First Aid certification if state or program requirement.
