About the Job

Citizens is seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of commercial painting experience and possess excellent knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and tools.

In this role, you will be responsible for painting the interior and exterior of buildings, structures, and other surfaces. You will also make on-site preparations, mix paint and other materials, apply varnish and other finishes, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

The requirements for this role include:

  • At least 3 years of commercial painting experience
  • Excellent knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and tools
  • Solid communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
