Operational Activities Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Activities Team Lead to support our Federal government client. As an Operational Activities Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Special Activities across all aspects of the organization. Your clear understanding of the MARSOC organization, structure, and mission will enable you to perform SA management and coordination functions effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary interface with the Program Manager, Contracting Officer's Representative, and Subject Matter Experts.
- Participating in required meetings and performing management and administration of SA employees.
- Advising, assisting, and coordinating SA script writing.
- Interviewing potential uniformed candidates for Level II and Level III SA training.
- Enforcing doctrine, unit Standard Operating Procedures, and relevant standards based on the conditions set.
- Capturing input for and preparing After-Action Reviews (AARs) with uniformed personnel.
This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You must also be willing to travel up to 50% and deploy OCONUS to a hostile country if required.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Former Non-Commissioned Officer or Warrant Officer experience.
- At least 6 years of Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience from date of graduation from their perspective pipeline as an operator or leader in a Special Mission Unit (SMU); U.S. Army Special Forces; Navy SEALs; Marine Special Operations Command; or U.S. Army 75th Infantry Ranger Regiment.
- A minimum of 3 SOF combat deployments, including at least one employing Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT) Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
- Graduation from the Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course (ASOTC).
- 3 Years operational experience conducting Special Activities while holding a position of responsibility.
- A current driver's license.
