Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a clinical setting.
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certified in CPR and Basic Life Support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
