We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Innovation and Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for our fulfillment and distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative solutions for our fulfillment and distribution systems
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Own multiple projects simultaneously, from concept realization through design approval
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) or foreign equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Design/Innovation Engineering, Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with business/technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
  • Ability to travel 20% globally
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering (any discipline) or foreign equivalent, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, robotics, and/or high-speed manufacturing
  • Experience with process design and Lean Principles
  • Proficiency with system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
