Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and attention to our infant and toddler, including feeding, bathing, and soothing.
- Plan and implement engaging and educational activities to promote cognitive and motor skill development.
- Establish a daily routine that includes regular times for meals, rest, and play.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child's daily activities, meals, and any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for the child, including cleaning and disinfecting toys and surfaces.
- Be able to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently, such as a child's injury or illness.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers.
- CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
- Passion for working with children and helping others.
