Catholic Health Service is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical imaging department.
Key Responsibilities- Perform clinical assessments and diagnostic sonography examinations to ensure accurate and timely results.
- Assist physicians with invasive procedures, color-flow ultrasound, and other scans as required.
- Select and operate ultrasound equipment to optimize patient safety and reduce the likelihood of medical errors.
- Enter test data and patient information into computer and ultrasound equipment to maintain accurate records.
- High school diploma or equivalent, and graduate of an AMA-approved ultrasound school.
- Registry status with ARDMS required for continued employment after one year.
- CPR certification and maintenance of 30 CME credits every three years.
- At least one year of experience in medical imaging, preferably in an ultrasound setting.
- A competitive salary range of $55.69 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
