Specific Duties Include:

  • Overseeing the upkeep of material specifications, product schematics, process documentation, and manufacturing protocols.
  • Designing and refining manufacturing processes and tools for various production equipment.

  • Collaborating with production teams to optimize setup times and improve operational efficiency.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to manufacturing staff.

Qualifications

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Manufacturing Engineering is required.

Experience and Background:

  1. A minimum of three years of engineering experience is essential.
  2. Experience in fastener manufacturing is highly desirable.
  3. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
