Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the preliminary draft of the annual budget in accordance with the established timeline.
  • Ensure all budgets receive approval from the immediate supervisor before being shared with any Board or Committee member.
  • Solicit bids and proposals for on-site services.
  • Maintain all Association-related insurance policies to ensure they are current and effective.
  • Attend all board and membership meetings, ensuring coverage is arranged if unable to attend.

Meeting Preparation:

  • Compile a comprehensive "board meeting package" for each meeting, including a written manager's report, agenda, unapproved minutes, and bids.
  • Deliver or email this package to the board prior to the meeting.

Financial Oversight:

  • Monitor expenses and authorize invoices for payment through CINC Systems.
  • Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and compliance with budgetary guidelines.
  • Communicate with residents regarding upcoming projects or construction activities.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails within 24-48 hours.
  • Address any client concerns related to association management promptly.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Vice President, RPM management, or board president. A background check and drug screening are required. Competitive salary and benefits package, including a 401k with company match, are offered.
