At The Building People, we are seeking a skilled Public Affairs Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in communicating the mission and goals of our organization externally and internally.

The ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills, as well as excellent oral communication skills. You will be responsible for analyzing data and developing briefing summaries for high-ranking staff members, supporting the planning and analysis of stakeholder engagement efforts, and reviewing technical documents to identify relevant information.

As a Public Affairs Specialist, you will also assist with organizing conferences, workshops, and other events, conduct research and write memos for leadership, and track stakeholder inquiries and responses. Additionally, you will provide weekly updates to leadership and the full stakeholder team.
