Senior Laboratory Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Laboratory Engineering Specialist to join our team at FUJIFILM Corporation. As a key member of our Laboratory Engineering department, you will be responsible for providing technical support for analytical equipment in Manufacturing, Quality Control, Analytical, and Process Development organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day technical support for analytical equipment, including maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Implement new technology and equipment life cycle monitoring.
- Support the design, procurement, installation, and start-up of new analytical equipment in accordance with FDBT standards and cGMP regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver site goals and objectives.
- Develop and revise laboratory engineering SOPs.
- Support investigations to identify root cause and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Technical discipline with a minimum of seven (7) years' relevant technical experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years in the bio-pharmaceutical industry in a role requiring hands-on experience with analytical/process equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Master's Degree in a Science or Technical discipline.
- A+ Certification or equivalent training.
