Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a CT Technologist Level III to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in performing advanced computerized tomography procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and specialized CT examinations to assist healthcare providers in diagnosing and treating patients.
  • Exercise independent judgment and clinical skills to deliver precise imaging results in a timely manner.
  • Build rapport with patients and their families through effective communication and attentive care.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards to maintain patient privacy and safety.
  • May assist in training and orienting new staff members within the department.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technologist Program.

Certifications:

  • California CRT - Certified Radiologic Technologist.
  • BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.

Preferred Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical CT technology.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of CT principles, procedures, and equipment.
  • Ability to perform routine CT examinations and comprehend human anatomy and medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with computer applications relevant to healthcare, including electronic health records and imaging systems.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and building collaborative relationships with colleagues.

Job Shift: Varied

Schedule: Part Time

Weekly Hours: 20

Employee Status: Regular

Compensation: Pay range is $53.01 to $66.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
