Cashier - Steak N Shake

The Cashier is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. As a Cashier, you will be the face of our brand, handling customer transactions, answering questions, and providing information on our products and promotions.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our cash register system.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash station area, restocking supplies and products as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mathematical skills and ability to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move frequently throughout the restaurant.
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push up to 25 pounds occasionally.
