Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Aides. As a Direct Support Aide, you will provide emotional support and assistance to residents with mental health and intellectual disabilities, ensuring their well-being and promoting individual growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist residents with daily tasks such as meal preparation, bathing, dressing, and light housekeeping
  • Monitor and redirect residents as needed
  • Assist with activities designed to promote individual growth and development

Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current Physical/TB screening
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification
  • PA State Criminal Background
