Job Title: Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Newton, MA.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable client and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Develop and implement radiation safety protocols to minimize patient exposure
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education to ensure a positive experience
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist
  • Current certification in Computed Tomography
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move equipment (50-100lbs) as needed
