Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Print Center Operator to join our team at Canon USA & Affiliates. As a key member of our print center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and solutions for clients' copy/print needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, prioritize, and submit print requests from various sources, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Deliver print jobs within established timeframes and maintain logs of all work submitted and completed.
  • Perform minor maintenance of reproduction equipment, including troubleshooting and routine cleaning.
  • Monitor inventory of print supplies and take meter readings of duplicating machines daily.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding estimated completion times, delays, and service limitations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-5 years of experience working directly in a print center.
  • Knowledge of machine operations from low to high volume high speed duplicating equipment.
  • Proficiency in using various reproduction-related equipment and systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
