**Financial Leadership Opportunity**

SiteOne Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Director or VP of Finance to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis functions. The scope of work includes oversight of accounting, financial reporting, internal control, annual budgeting and long-range planning, financial analysis, banking, insurance and risk management, stock plan administration, tax and treasury.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis activities
  • Prepare financial reports, analyses and other materials for our leadership team and board of directors
  • Lead our annual budgeting process and our long-range financial planning process. Analyze, understand and report on key financial trends and variances. Conduct ad hoc financial analyses in support of business development and other company initiatives
  • Implement scalable systems to improve workflows
  • Participate in senior leadership team meetings and in key internal committees, including development program teams
  • Manage annual financial audit and relationship with auditors
  • Manage the company's cash and ensure compliance with the company's investment policy; manage insurance
  • Coordinate corporate tax reporting and tax return preparation with outside accountants
  • Research relevant technical issues and recommendation of accounting treatment

**Requirements**

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or another relevant discipline is required
  • CPA credential and/or public accounting experience preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive growth in financial roles in biotechnology/pharmaceutical companies, including at least 5 years in financial leadership roles
  • Familiarity with ERP systems required; experience with QuickBooks and NetSuite is a plus
  • Experience with public company reporting including 10Ks and 10Qs
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
