Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical activities and ensure quality patient care
- Lead the recruitment, selection, and supervision of satellite technical employees
- Participate in quality assurance testing and develop quality assurance protocols
- Provide direct patient care and assist therapists with new and difficult problems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation from an approved school of radiation therapy technology
- A.R.R.T. registration required; A.S. degree in radiation therapy technology preferred
- Two to three years' experience as a radiation therapy technologist, including some leadership and instructional experience
