Opportunity:
  • Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, Monday through Friday, with options for days and hours.
  • Access to 24/7 OB hospitalists, allowing physicians to opt for no OB call or to take call for their own patients on selected days.
  • Gynecology call ratio of 1:3/4.
  • No mandatory OB call; deliveries can be managed as preferred.
  • Comprehensive OB hospitalist coverage available around the clock, supported by WHNPs, PAs, and midwives.
  • Choose practice days and hours, Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 6 PM.
  • All deliveries conducted at the designated hospital, with practice locations nearby.
  • 24-hour in-house Pediatric Hospitalist service available.
  • Level II Special Care Nursery for infants 32 weeks and older.
  • On-call surgical team to provide assistance.
  • Access to a group with expertise in robotics and surgical procedures.
  • Four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots equipped with da Vinci Table Motion technology.

Compensation:
  • Base salary with RVU bonus structure; competitive salary range based on experience and qualifications to be discussed during the interview.
