Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project
  • Maintain open and effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
