About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of large-scale data center projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of these projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, and engineers to coordinate day-to-day construction activities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, identifying critical paths and expediting the delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop a team of field staff, including performance appraisals.
  • Maintain strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements at all times.
  • Oversee site safety programs and ensure subcontractor compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Manage work-related scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, and trade staffing levels.
  • Coordinate project operations among various trades, resolving local issues and promoting efficient procedures.
  • Manage labor relations with subcontractors and trade staff.
  • Implement mock-ups and testing, reviewing, and approving results.
  • Ensure necessary permits and insurance are in place and current throughout the project.
  • Act as liaison to inspection agencies and perform Stormwater Compliance Coordinator duties.
  • Manage General Conditions and General Requirements to maintain budget alignment.
  • Oversee Work-In-Place (WIP) billing processes and monthly estimates of work completed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of four years related training and at least eight years of building construction experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of general and subcontract documents, drawings, specifications, construction methods, and materials.
  • Understanding of line and grade survey methods, construction cost control, and basic accounting procedures.
  • Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Ability to implement leading-edge technologies like Building Information Models (BIM) and Lean.
  • Strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
