Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher at our Cameron, North Carolina location. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

Responsibilities
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Support the success of your center by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
