Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling, and case management services to youth and young adults in a short-term shelter setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote positive outcomes and a successful trajectory for our clients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and trauma-informed care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and case management.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with children and families from diverse populations.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
